these are the tracks of the security cart, outlining the path of the sidewalk next to the roadway…
not wanting to miss out on a chance to walk outside, but not wanting to trample the balance of the undisturbed snow,
tried walking in the path of the tracks, but quickly found out that there was much more traction to be had outside of the tracks…
it took three falls before making the choice to disturb that undisturbed...

the shape of these trees, individually and as a group, is beautiful…
and though each can stand alone,
it seem their composition as a group trumps the individual…
